The appointment of Wouter Dolle as HR Director marks the next important step in iO’s development. The organisation is determined to sharpen their focus on the well-being and performance of colleagues and to the strengthening of its commercial position in the Netherlands.
The next steps in the development of a digital powerhouse
Last year iO invested more than 2.5 million euros in talent development in the Netherlands alone — with more than 100 knowledge events, training courses, and participation in working groups, user groups, and international conferences. With the arrival of Wouter Dolle, the blended agency is maintaining this rapid pace. The organisation is determined to put the well-being and performance of colleagues first to strengthen its leading position in the Netherlands.
Digital talent attracts opportunity
