Accessibility statement
iO Group NV (hereinafter iO) aims to improve the user experience on the internet for all users, but especially for users with disabilities.
Although iO is not a government organisation, we are committed to complying as best we can with the law of 19 July 2018 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of government organisations by 2024.
This accessibility statement applies to two websites:
https://iodigital.com
https://techhub.iodigital.com/
Level of conformance to the accessibility standard
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) stipulate digital accessibility requirements for people with disabilities. The guidelines are implemented at three levels: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
At the time of writing, iO has chosen to focus on Level AA of WCAG 2.2. Our websites are not currently conformant to this level. In addition, the conformance of downloadable PDF files on our websites has not yet been checked.
Measures to improve accessibility
As an organisation, we have taken a number of measures to make our websites and those of our customers more accessible:
We are committed to e-inclusion on the internet and have published several articles on this topic on our website. We strive to bring our credo 'experience is everything' to life for all users, including people with disabilities, so that they have a smooth user experience on our and our clients’ websites.
Our colleagues have been trained in the implementation of accessibility standards and communication strategies, and we continue to actively raise awareness and share knowledge in this area.
With regard to the accessibility of iodigital.com and techhub.iodigital.com, we are working on a clear action plan with stakeholders, including iO's accessibility experts, iO's marketing and communications team and the development team for both sites. Our goal is to become WCAG 2.2 AA compliant somewhere in 2024.

Non- and poorly accessible content
We are committed to making both our websites and all documents on them accessible to all users in 2024. We recognise that this is a work in progress and know which content should take priority.
We will compile a list of all inaccessible and poorly accessible content and add this to our websites in 2024.
You can contact us via info@iodigital.com or our contact page if you would like additional information about any content on our website, pending the necessary corrections.
Accessibility audit
The internal accessibility audit we conducted to help us prepare this statement was a simplified analysis. Later this year, after we have implemented all the initial corrections, we will carry out a new in-depth audit to identify further accessibility improvements.
