How to combine rebranding and site redesign for a better user experience?

As a professional association of insurance companies, Assuralia represents virtually all Belgian and foreign insurance companies operating in our market. The brand wanted to reinvent itself and merge its various websites to create a single, practical, and easy-to-use platform for its visitors. On top of this, they asked iO's specialists to create a brand new visual identity to highlight the values they hold most dear.

Solution

We started by organising several workshops to define the core values of the Assuralia brand. Then, based on the results, we were able to propose a new logo, brand book, Word, and PowerPoint templates. As for the website, this involved a complete overhaul, including an in- depth strategy and research into target groups, existing websites content and how to merge them effectively.

In terms of development, iO's experts used Drupal 10 Headless to encode content and build the pages and a NextJS front-end application to display the pages.
