At Landal GreenParks, conversion on mobile devices lagged behind desktop. Especially during the booking process, visitors dropped out too often. With Contentsquare we finally gained a clear view of where and why this happened. Thanks to heatmaps, funnel analyses and click data we exposed crucial bottlenecks.

We resolutely addressed two clear bottlenecks. Mobile navigation: through insight into mobile drop-offs we were able to improve navigation, which immediately led to a higher conversion. Search bar wizard: based on Contentsquare data we developed and tested a smart search function on the mobile homepage, which noticeably improved the user experience.

By streamlining the booking process and refining the mobile experience, not only did the conversion rate increase, but also the CSAT (customer satisfaction) and CES (customer effort score). The result: more completed bookings and satisfied guests who found their holiday with less effort.
