What you'll do
As a Group Controller at iO, you are an essential part of our Group Finance team. In this role, you are the driving force in all aspects of financial management and report directly to our Group Finance Director.
You can count on challenging responsibilities:
Reporting & analysis of group results: Management reporting; Analysis of gross margins, personnel costs, and working capital; External reporting for Board of Directors, banks, and private equity
Statutory and ESG reporting
Consolidation in Tagetik
Budgeting and forecasting
Treasury management and long-term cash planning
Business partner for group functions
Optimization of financial systems (Netsuite, Tagetik, Excel)
Involvement in strategic projects: Refinancing and due diligence; Legal restructuring of the group; Mergers and acquisitions
Backup for the Group Finance Director
You'll be joining our Shared Services center, in the heart of the Kempen region. From our modern campus in Herentals, you'll apply your finance expertise at a blended digital agency. You'll have all the space to utilize your analytical skills and passion for numbers in a dynamic and growing environment. Your qualities and skills as Group Controller
You have a master's or bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Finance, or Accounting and bring 5-8 years of relevant experience. Experience at a Big-4? That's a plus!
With your strong analytical skills and experience in controlling, you are able to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights
As a true Excel expert, you work accurately, with an eye for detail, and always deliver quality within set deadlines
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, which is essential in our international work environment
You take ownership, have a can-do mentality, and are always looking for ways to improve processes
With your decisiveness and organizational sensitivity, you easily adapt to different corporate cultures and dynamics
