‘s Hertogenbosch, 24 February 2022 - Enthusiastic applicants galore at full-service agency iO. This year alone, 45 new talents started working on the different campuses in the Benelux. For many applicants, personal attention, room for talent development and a positive atmosphere are the decisive factors when they choose iO.
A growing full-service team of talents helping its clients with their strategy, content, creation, marketing and technology: that’s what iO is all about. The goal? Helping companies with their communication and digital transformation in order to have a competitive edge. And apparently, the message got through, given the number of new talents who chose iO.
According to Steven Van Belleghem, strategic partner at iO, this has everything to do with the changing market: " Both challenges and opportunities have increased for companies. The market is asking for a partner who can help in the fields of strategy and data analysis, but also in the creative field. An agency that is able to bring all these talents together meets this need perfectly ."
Nieuw talent on iO Campus Den Bosch
This does not go unnoticed by potential employees either. At Campus Den Bosch alone, 4 new experts are joining the ranks, all eager to get behind this new story. The positions in which they start are very diverse. In 2022, Campus Den Bosch will be joined by a Business Consultant (Rob van Berkel), a Marketing Strategist (Mark Hermans) and two Software Engineers (Emiel Oomen and Tom Gelmers), among others.
As to why he chose iO, Business Consultant Rob van Berkel doesn't have to think twice: "I chose iO because I got a very pleasant feeling about the organisation and the people during my interviews. There is very positive energy in the company. I had several interviews, which I experienced as very open. There is a lot of knowledge within the company and a lot of room to learn and grow. iO is a modern organisation that gives its employees a lot of attention and freedom. That is what I needed. And it’s going great so far .”
Mark Hermans also started his new job as Marketing Strategist with great enthusiasm: " Lisanne (recruiter iO Campus Den Bosch) really listened to what was important to me. She looked beyond the job description: who are you as a person and what do you like to do? The importance of a mutual match was clearly emphasised. The contacts were also always very pleasant and informal. That is also how I experienced the atmosphere on the campus. Everyone was very interested and I met the entire team during the application process. That immediately gave me a confident feeling on my first day at work !"
Infinite opportunities for talent development
iO stands for Infinite Opportunities, and we live that promise. Every iO campus welcomes curious people who love digital and marketing – and who want to be part of projects that they can be proud of. iO aspires to be a breeding ground for talent development, where colleagues can learn from each other every day: everyone works in self-managing, multidisciplinary teams where knowledge-sharing is central. Along with this, the close-to-home aspect of iO is another asset: with 12 campuses throughout Northern Europe, the opportunity is always nearby for those who can relate to the iO story. And for now, there is room on every campus: this year alone, iO is still hoping to hire 300 new talents .
