What you'll do
In your job as Senior Software Developer, you don't just build platforms, web shops and websites; you also design them.
From A to Z you plan the structure and execute every detail. For customers such as Daikin, Toyota and Collstrop you work on different projects in Symfony.
In a multidisciplinary team, you are one of the points of contact. Does someone run into a technical challenge or does the Project Manager have questions? You are the go-to. You respect the Boy Scout Rule: code leaves you neater than you found it out of respect and convenience for colleagues. You work efficiently, structured and deadlines are not a problem for you. Naturally, you closely follow technological developments and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with others. You also add value to the training of less experienced developers in the team, and derive satisfaction from guiding and training others.
Because iO values development. With us, you boost your personal knowledge and plot your own growth path, through a personal development plan, the training budget offered, and lateral and horizontal growth opportunities. This knowledge not only takes you further in your current work, but also helps you in future assignments and your own development. In addition, you can often participate in events that revolve around further learning.
Your qualities and skills as Senior Software Developer (4)
- You have experience with PHP, Symfony and Doctrine.
- Working with ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ or GIT is no problem;
- You also write out object-oriented programming concepts without a problem
- You are already the point of contact for less experienced colleagues and get energy from training and guiding others
