David plays an important part in the roll-out of digital strategy in Flanders, focusing on data standards and data exchange. 46% of the local population is deemed digitally vulnerable. 7% do not use the internet, and 39% have limited digital skills. Through insights, data, and cases, we will show you how to decrease the digital divide and make sure that everyone can enjoy the digital revolution. David combines his background as a communication expert with solid technical know-how. He finds a way to meet strategic business objectives and customer demands using the most appropriate technology. That means that the focus is always on user-friendliness and guiding the end users towards finding information – all while clearly and proactively communicating with the customer.
