What you'll do
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our business units in realizing their activation initiatives. As a Digital Marketing Support, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of services, including performing intakes, best practice sharing, execution and delivery of service activities, and stakeholder management throughout the request life cycle. Your role will involve creating web pages and newsletter email campaigns, as well as continuously documenting and enhancing our service portfolio.

What we expect from you
- Manage and align stakeholders within the request scope
- Support marketeers in realizing value through requests
- Deliver requests meeting service KPIs
- Identify and mitigate risks in a timely manner
- Document work instructions and other relevant information
- Perform intake and deliver standard services
- Maintain and develop service documentation
- Collaborate with other specialists
- Participate in improvement projects
- Act as an ambassador for Marketing Operations organization's branding, communication, and storytelling
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Technology
- Experience creating web pages or email campaigns
- Great proficiency in both written and spoken English (C1)
- Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely or similar platforms
- Knowledge Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce or similar marketing automation tools
- Experience working with Service Management tools like Jira, Workfront or ServiceNow is preferred
