What you'll do

Do you always know exactly what to say to a sad or angry friend? Do you impress everyone with puns and are you allergic to spelling mistakes? That’s great. But are you also a college/university student with at least 6 hours of free time per week? Even better: we have the perfect student job for you!

As a Social Media Agent at iO, you'll manage social media conversations for clients, turn complaints into compliments as quickly as possible, respond enthusiastically to positive reviews, and find an answer to every question, no matter how difficult or simple.

Afraid of working alone? Don’t worry: you'll be surrounded by colleagues who work hard every day to keep our clients' customers happy. Important note: this is not a job with fixed hours. You’ll work at least 6 hours per week, and you'll specify in advance when you’re available. This gives you the flexibility to study whenever you want (or to enjoy a quiet night). But is iO really that great? Of course it is!

You’ll join a fantastic team of experts in various disciplines. They have a lot to teach you: show your curiosity and ask them your questions! Not sure how to start a task? Besides your colleagues on campus, you can also reach out to over 1,500 (international) experts in the group. It’s easy: our Slack chat platform will get you an answer faster than Google.

Do you have a passion for communication and social media and are you looking for a flexible student job? Then the role of Social Media Agent with us is the perfect opportunity for you!
