Situated in the heart of Sofia, our workspace is not just an office or a campus. It’s a place for us to meet, create, learn, share, inspire and grow together. We might be technical in our expertise, but we are also valuable consultants for our international clients and helpful colleagues. We have over 20+ years of experience creating innovative web and mobile software solutions. We work in self-organising teams for our incredible clients – with frequent contact and collaboration across iO’s campuses in Bulgaria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Sweden.

Our campus is located in the city centre, in a modern business office building on the top floor. And yes, we have a magnificent view and several sunny terraces to enjoy.

We’re proud of our open, non-hierarchical, and people-focused organisation. Our solid experts in different technologies are always ready to help. Whether it's .NET, PHP, Drupal, Sitecore, Umbraco, Java, Swift, or Kotlin, we're always looking for future-proof software solutions.

At the core of our teams are professionals from various technologies who have been with us for more than ten years. We not only serve our clients but also work together as a team to achieve the best user experience. We offer a dedicated, flexible coaching program that helps colleagues grow, both personally and professionally.

We also like to get together for (sports) activities, Thursday beers, movie nights, or summer seaside working weeks (and the occasional party). Every year, we open our campus to young talents to introduce them to the digital world and a real-life working environment. The ongoing success of our internship programme serves as proof to that end.
