Plopsa, the brand that gives both the young and the old the time of their lives in its theme and water parks, has recently chosen iO, a leading agency in the field of technology, data and marketing, as its strategic partner. Together, they will create a new digital ecosystem that offers all Plopsa visitors an unforgettable experience.   

It is no secret that Plopsa is increasingly focusing on experience. In order to digitally enrich this experience for their 3.5 million visitors per year, Plopsa has chosen iO as its long-term partner. Under the motto ' Experience is everything ', iO designs digital brand experiences that resonate throughout the entire ecosystem and stimulate customer loyalty.

To this end, they started by setting up a new, accessible, open Plopsa.com platform that brings together crucial content, order widgets and data from the various themes, water parks, and accommodation options. 

An exceptional theme park experience 

The second phase will fully integrate all functions, apps, microservices and online systems on the new platform. After all, the new Plopsa platform is the core of an ecosystem that, from the very first click, takes visitors on a rollercoaster ride to a great customer experience. Every digital and strategic development in the Plopsa group to make visitors and guests feel at home is created by iO to ensure that the platform is part of the exceptional experience.   

That is why, alongside technological and data expertise, iO’s strategic and marketing experts have outlined a digital strategy for the future.
