We proudly present our entry in the Websites & Mobile Sites category. A project in which many different components and points of attention come together in one consistent digital experience.
An experience that is not only in line with the Leolux brand, but also radiates the values of luxury and comfort to its customers. The result is a visually strong, high-end website that evokes emotion and stimulates the sense. Because for Leolux, this is just as essential in its furniture design as it is in its customer experience.

The digital experience had to catch up with the brand
When you think of Leolux, you think of expertly made, high-end furniture with a unique design. The brand stands for high-quality comfort and luxury. However, this was not yet fully reflected in their online presence.
The old website was slow, it missed essential components, and did not offer the visitor the top-notch experience that is in line with the brand.

This became even more evident after iO completed its successful collaboration with Pode, part of the Leolux Furniture Group, resulting in a design-conscious product experience website. This emphasised the opportunities still to be exploited for the then Leolux website.
About Leolux
Leolux is a Dutch family business that has been producing quality furniture since 1934. Now, it’s an established name on the European furniture market.
With a drive for innovation, Leolux continues to invest in sustainable materials and production methods, in modern communication and pioneering, quirky models for people who have their own wishes and ideas about interior design and living.
It’s part of the Leolux Furniture Group, which also includes the brands Pode, Évidence, and Leolux LX.
A more comprehensive experience for a wider audience
Furthermore, it turned out that in addition to the current target group, which consisted of the over-45s, there was still an untapped audience that Leolux could appeal to with its products: the well-to-do over-30s. this target group had to be addressed without losing the current customer.
It was clear: the current digital products did not share the values and the exceptional character of the brand. And that had to change.
The essential components
In order to do this, there were a number of crucial points to take into account. The new platform had to:
Offer a suitable premium brand experience to the visitor;
Give a good impression of the products and range;
Do this with a functionally effortless user experience;
Be easily adaptable for (four) different languages and (six) domains;
Provide a consistent high-end experience on every platform and device.
A platform worthy of the brand
With close collaboration and constant optimisation steps, Leolux and iO developed an elegant product experience website that meets all requirements. Our goal was to build a website that delivers an exceptional user experience through ground-breaking design and valuable functionality.
The platform is easily accessible, has a luxurious look that appeals to a wider audience, and offers countless useful and interactive functionalities.

For the customer
Visitors are instantly immersed in the high-end brand identity of Leolux. They effortlessly navigate the website to find what they are looking for. Including:
A clear and intuitive dealer locator that shows the nearest point of sale at a glance;
Insight into the full product range;
An interactive tool to design the ideal piece of furniture yourself;
The possibility to order material samples and color samples and have them delivered free of charge.
For Leolux
The platform has also been optimised on the Leolux side. Leolux has full control over the Content Management System. They can decide for themselves which functionalities or pages are included or excluded in all individual languages and domains.
