There is a digital divide between the personas we use in marketing and the general population. This gap is large: almost 50% of the population are considered to be digitally vulnerable. How will organisations approach this challenge? And how can we ensure that the products and services we deliver do not exclude anyone digitally?

It is incumbent upon all brands, businesses and governmental institutions to be aware of the impact of digital skills inequality, and poor access to digital services. At iO we believe that experience is everything, for everyone.
