The role

As our new Content Management Systems Expert at iO, you will be the key link between strategy and technology, ensuring the seamless execution of high-impact content marketing activities. Instead of creating campaigns or developing new technology from scratch, you’ll make sure these worlds connect flawlessly. Whether it’s preparing multilingual campaigns, troubleshooting issues with IT, or analyzing data, your role is essential for aligning content strategy with smooth operations. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and your domain team, bringing deep expertise in content management platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Within your domain team, you’re responsible for setting a high quality standard for all content marketing activities the client is planning. Your expertise will help establish a high standard for all content marketing activities, and you’ll share insights with junior team members. You document processes, to ensure the team’s consistent, top-tier quality. Your detail orientation and proactive mindset make you a solutions-driven leader who’s trusted and valued by team members and clients alike.

Operating in the complex, fast-paced environment of multinational companies, you’ll encounter unique challenges, managing diverse brands, products, and touchpoints across multiple countries. This role requires effective collaboration with international stakeholders, marketers, IT, and specialists in analytics, SEO, brand management, and legal, ensuring a well-coordinated approach.
