Step into a role with challenging, high-impact responsibilities:

Strategic financial leadership

• Act as a vital bridge between country/regional teams, the Finance Management Team, and our shared service center

• Collaborate closely with the country management team on strategic objectives and risk management

• Spearhead initiatives for financial efficiency and working capital improvements

Financial planning and analysis

• Orchestrate the coordination of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses

• Empower business planning efforts with robust financial modeling

• Deliver insightful analysis and interpretation of results across all organizational levels

Performance management and reporting

• Lead a team of finance business partners and manage comprehensive performance review cycles

• Ensure the timely production of financial reports and performance packs

• ·Evaluate commercial performance to identify key drivers of success

Process improvement and support

• Provide expert financial support to commercial and operational teams

• Oversee improvement projects and manage transformative change initiatives

• Pinpoint and reform ineffective processes, including delivering targeted training sessions
