What you'll do

As Salesforce Campaign Manager, you will take on a key role in the marketing team at iO Ghent. You’ll talk with our customers about best practices, campaigns, goals, KPIs, customer journeys, landing pages, forms, email content, targeting, and personalization. At iO we work on a lot of ambitious (international) projects.
Are you accurate and stress-resistant? Do setting up and optimizing campaigns in SFMC have no secret for you? Then we are looking for you!

Our newest campaign manager will join our team of enthusiastic marketing experts. We regularly welcome clients to iO Campus Ghent, where we work to translate their objectives into efficient projects and evaluate their ongoing projects together. Our next campaign manager, therefore, needs to be comfortable facing customers and interact with them frequently on a professional level.

Your qualities and skills as Campaign Manager Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • You have knowledge of AMPscript, HTML & CSS.
  • You are familiar with dynamic content and managing/setting up data extensions.
  • You have customer-facing skills and have no problem using them frequently.
  • Intermediate to advanced level expertise in SFMC is required.
  • You are fluent in English and master at least one of the following languages: Dutch, French, or German
  • You are open to working at least 2 days per week from our Campus in Ghent
