Tout comme chaque organisation devrait avoir une stratégie de marque et un plan marketing (de contenu), une stratégie est également essentielle pour lancer — ou relancer — votre produit, votre proposition ou votre service.
Dans une stratégie go to market, vous faites des choix conscients : pensez à l’appellation, au(x) public(s) cible(s), aux objectifs et aux KPI. Cette stratégie vous permet d’atteindre vos objectifs de manière très ciblée, de toujours faire mouche avec vos efforts marketing et d’obtenir les meilleurs résultats.
Si vous n’avez pas mis en place de stratégie go to market, vous vous contentez d’essayer tout et n’importe quoi. Parfois, vous visez juste, mais la plupart de vos efforts s’avèrent inutiles.
